Our Mission
Penn’s Rock offers services that cover a wide range of disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, addiction treatment, patient education, coordination of care with specialist, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for all adults including geriatric patients, male, female and adolescents (16 and older).
